ManiaExchange Update June 5th 2021

To compliment the ItemExchange update from a few days ago, here's some updates and fixes for the MX sites.

ItemExchange map sets

As announced previously, map sets have come to IX. You can now access them from every map page that has items embedded, that are uploaded on IX.

Further fixes

• SMX: Fixed the API endpoint compability issue for server controllers (TrackID return is now MapID)
• TMX: Fixed an error that happens when TM.IO can't be reached for fetching TOTD maps
• Fixed co-author discrepancies on the map page and pending co-authors are now highlighted
